This is a hybrid role based three days per week in their Central London office and two days per week working from home. The successful candidate will combine strong technical accounting expertise with commercial acumen, delivering accurate financial insights that empower strategic decision-making across the business. Reporting directly to the senior finance leadership team, you will take ownership of the month end management accounts, rolling forecasts, annual budgeting, and business partnering across commercial and operational departments. Main responsibilities Management Reporting & Month-End Close: Owning the end-to end month end process, preparing detailed monthly management accounts (P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow), accompanied by high-quality variance analysis and commentary. Budgeting & Rolling Forecasts: Leading the annual budgeting cycle and updating quarterly rolling financial forecasts, collaborating with business heads to align financial targets with strategic objectives. Cash Flow & Treasury Management: Monitoring daily cash flow, managing short- and long-term liquidity projections, and overseeing working capital requirements. KPI & Financial Intelligence Tracking: Developing, monitoring, and reporting key SaaS/platform metrics (e.g., Gross Sales Value, Net Revenue, Customer Acquisition Cost, Churn) to provide actionable insight for leadership. Systems & Process Improvement: Continuously refining financial controls, driving process automation, and optimising accounting software and reporting tools to support business scale. Compliance & Audit: Managing annual audit preparation, statutory reporting, tax/VAT compliance, and assisting with regulatory filings. Must-haves Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in management accounting, financial reporting, or FP&A roles. Qualification: CIMA fully qualified preferred (or ACCA / ACA / equivalent professional qualification). Technical Skills:
