Experience: • 5 - 8 years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer (L2/L3) in enterprise environments Certifications • ServiceNow CSA (Certified System Administrator) • ServiceNow CAD (Certified Application Developer) • ITIL Foundation • Experience in JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML, and ITSM
