To prepare and shot blast materials for powder coating in line with internal specifications, ensuring high-quality finishes while meeting production targets, tolerances, safety requirements and operational standards. Key Responsibilities Shot blasting parts to SA 2.5 standards.
Prepare surfaces for wet painting, cleaning, blowing down, bunging, sanding and masking. Mix paint products to the correct ratios using technical data sheets. Apply wet primers, paints and coatings evenly, avoiding overspray. Carry out quality checks
