Understandclientdriverstoinformwinstrategiesforidentifiedpipelineopportunities,buildandleadbidteamstodevelop compellingproposalstosecurefuturework. LeadPreconstructionteamstoconvertsecuredopportunitiesintocontractsandonintosubsequentdelivery Key responsibilities TheProjectDirectorwillbeaccountablefordrivingsuccessandprojectteamperformancetomeetbothBovisandclientprojectsuccessfactors, including: Developandimplementtheprojectstrategy,processesandworkingmethodsusingtheBovismanagementsystems.Toinclude projectconversionplansandprojectdeliveryplanstoensureexecutionofprojectdeliverableswithinagreedparameters(e.g.budget,time),inaccordancewithcontractualrequirementsandBovisqualitystandards. CreatingandmaintaininganIncidentandInjuryFreesafetyculture(design,clientandtradecontractors),demonstratingclearand uncompromisingleadershiptoensureweoperatesafelyprotectingeveryone. Reviewprogress,performanceandreporttoBovisleadershipteams,providemonthlyBusinessReportsandReviews,internallyand withclients. Identifycorrectiveactions,developsolutionsandcontributetocontinuousimprovement. Leadonclientandpartnerstakeholderrelationshipsandmanagingprojectmatters. DevelopProgrammesandschedulesforyourproject,includingdevelopmentofsite logisticsandotherplans.Coordinatealloperationsonsitewithyourteamdetermininganoverallplanofworks(includingdesign, procurement,constructionandcommissioning).Coordinatetheeffortsofteammemberstoensuretherequiredtasksaredoneon time. Maintaincostcontrol,workingwiththeprojectcommercialleadtomanageriskandopportunity. Developapeopleplanwithclearresponsibilitiesandsuccessionplanstosupportsustainablegrowthforpeopleatprojectandwithin thebusinessunit.Thisincludestalentretention,talentdevelopmentandrecruitment. Developprojectlevelqualityplansandworkingculturetodrive‘Rightfirsttime’cultureinallaspectsoftheproject. Developsustainablepractices. Leadprojectsupplychainstrategy,collaboratingwithotherprojectteamsandbusinessleaders,includingsupplychainperformancemanagement. Contributetothedevelopmentoftheprojectconversionprocess(e.g.budgets,frameworks)andprojectanddesignstrategytoseta clearprojectframeworkandsupporttheimplementationoftheprojectstrategy,objectives,policiesandprocedures.
