At Hatzfeld Care we provide residential care for adults with varying needs such as Asperger’s, Schizophrenia or eating disorders to age-related illnesses or Dementia. A person-centred care plan is produced tailored to each individual’s specific needs.
Hours: 15 hours - shifts within the first 3 months (probation period) would be 3pm - 6pm. Following the probation period shifts would be either 5am - 8am or 5pm - 8pm, which ever works best
