Main responsibilities Management Reporting & Month-End Close: Owning the end-to end month end process, preparing detailed monthly management accounts (P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow), accompanied by high-quality variance analysis and commentary. Budgeting & Rolling Forecasts: Leading the annual budgeting cycle and updating quarterly rolling financial forecasts, collaborating with business heads to align financial targets with strategic objectives. Cash Flow & Treasury Management: Monitoring daily cash flow, managing short- and long-term liquidity projections, and overseeing working capital requirements. KPI & Financial Intelligence Tracking: Developing, monitoring, and reporting key SaaS/platform metrics (e.g., Gross Sales Value, Net Revenue, Customer Acquisition Cost, Churn) to provide actionable insight for leadership. Systems & Process Improvement: Continuously refining financial controls, driving process automation, and optimising accounting software and reporting tools to support business scale. Compliance & Audit: Managing annual audit preparation, statutory reporting, tax/VAT compliance, and assisting with regulatory filings. Must-haves Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in management accounting, financial reporting, or FP&A roles. Qualification: CIMA fully qualified preferred (or ACCA / ACA / equivalent professional qualification). Technical Skills: Strong mastery of management accounting concepts, cash flow modeling, variance analysis, and operational financial controls.
