Maindutiesandresponsibilities: TeamLeadershipdirectionanddevelopment:Manage,mentor,andtrainoperationalteams(Fieldengineers,TechnicalteamandservicedeskTL)tofostercollaborationandhighperformance. Ensureeffectivecommunicationandcoordinationbetweenoperationalteams. Manageresourceplanning,workforcecapacity,rotas,absence,andon-callarrangements. Conductperformancereviews,appraisals,andregularone-to-onemeetings. OverseeOperationalEfficiency:Optimiseprocessestoenhanceproductivity,reducecosts,andensuresmoothbusinessoperations,includinglabour,materials,subcontractors,andovertime. StrategicPlanningandExecution:Developandimplementoperationalstrategiesalignedwithorganisationalgoalstodrivegrowthandscalability. ResourceandBudgetManagementofequipmenteffectively,ensuringcost-effectivenesswhilemaintainingquality. Supportrecruitment,onboarding,training,andsuccessionplanning. EnsureengineersholdandmaintainrequiredUKqualifications(e.gFgas/HVAC/Gassafepasmaetc)andthattrainingmodulesareuptodate. Promoteacultureofaccountability,safety,quality,andcontinuousimprovement. Managedisciplinaryandcapabilitymattersinlinewithcompanypolicies. ProcessandQualityImprovement:Identifyandimplementworkflowandsystemenhancementstoboostefficiencyandmaintainhigh-qualitystandards. ComplianceandRiskManagement:Ensureadherencetolegal,regulatory,andsafetystandards,mitigatingrisksandmaintainingpolicies. PerformanceMonitoringandReporting:TrackKPIs,analyseoperationaldata,andprovideinsightstoinformdecisionsandimproveoutcomestoensureaccuratecompletionofworkordersandservicerecordsviaCAFMsystems.Ensureresponsetimes,resolutiontargets,andfirst-timefixratesmeetcontractualSLAs. StakeholderandSupplyChainCollaboration:Alignoperationswithexecutives,vendors,andpartnerstosupportorganisationalobjectivesandensurereliablesupplychains. Actasescalationpointforoperationalandtechnicalserviceissues. EnsurefullcompliancewithUKstatutoryandregulatoryrequirements.Ensuresafesystemsofwork,RAMS,permitstowork,andisolationsareimplemented. Promoteandenforceastronghealthandsafetyculture. Ensureincidents,nearmisses,andaccidentsareinvestigatedandactionsclosedout. Supportauditsandinspectionsbyclients,andthirdparties(Citation).
